Pathways
This page describes your educational journey with Toastmasters International.
Toastmaster Pathways is the comprehensive educational program offered by Toastmasters International, designed to help members develop their communication and leadership skills through a tailored learning experience.
Structure of Pathways
Pathways is organized into five levels of increasing complexity:
Mastering Fundamentals
Learning Your Style
Increasing Knowledge
Building Skills
Demonstrating Expertise
Members progress through these levels by completing required projects and electives.
Logging In
You will see a login screen like below
Add your email and password
You might have received password instructions in your email. The password is autogenerated or it prompts you to set up at first time log in.
Once you're logged in you will be welcomed with this screen.
Choosing Pathways
If you're a new member you would need to choose a Educational Pathways which will help you achieve your public speaking goals.
Click on Choose the Pathways
You can take a brief assessment which will help you pick right pathways for you or you can choose among various possible available pathways options.
Accessing Pathways
Once you're logged in, hover to the top to the Welcome, {YOUR NAME}
Click on My Home or alternatively go to this link
Click on Go to BaseCamp or alternatively go to this link
Click on your Educational Path for e.g. in this screenshot, Pathways is Presentation Mastery.
You will see your levels in Pathways and you can continue your learning.
At the beginning of the each speech project in each level, there is an option where you can download a PDF copy of the project checklist plus a PDF copy of the evaluation resources that's specific to the speech project. For example, the image below displays resources for the first speech in Level 2 of the Presentation Mastery path: "Understanding Your Communication Style."
Additional Pathways
You can always enroll for additional pathways by paying price of each additional pathways which is 20$ at the time of writing this documentation.
Submitting Level Completion
Once your complete each level in your pathway, you submit your level completion and this request goes to Vice President of Education and President. They will review and issue your completion certificate.
For e.g. Below Image shows Level 2 Completion Request.
Important Notes
Both BaseCamp and EasySpeak are not linked with each other so if you are making progress in your levels on EasySpeak, it won't be visible automatically on BaseCamp and Vice Versa.
