Login
Members can sign up for roles using the Easy-Speak portal by following these steps:
Login: Members need to log into Easy-Speak using their provided username and password.
SignUp for Roles
Once logged in, navigate to the signup for roles page.

Book Roles
After confirming attendance, members can sign up for available roles. This is done by checking the boxes next to the roles they wish to take on.
You can signup for roles like evaluators, grammarian, table topic master etc. directly through the Sign Up for Meetings
Page.
Hit the yes button and you will be booked for that role for a particular meeting.
If you find that you are unable to attend a meeting and are aware of it in advance, we kindly ask that you take a moment to cancel your booked role. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensures that the meeting runs smoothly for everyone involved.
Book Speeches
Members should first confirm their attendance for the meeting. This is typically done using a radio button option next to their name.
For speeches you need to request a speech because we have a queue of speeches and VPE will schedule your speech and you will be notified.
Click on Request Speech Button

Fill Speech Details
Add Speech Title - Please fill all these details as it will help toastmasters to introduce you during the club meeting.

Add Workbook/Speech Details - Please fill these important details as toastmaster of the evening will share your accomplishments with all the members and encourage others using your progress and achievements.

Preferred Dates - Please fill the preferred date because it will give flexibility to VP of Education to schedule your speeches because our club is usually packed with speeches planned in advance.

Hit the Save - Save the requested speech and it will land on the VPE's inbox.
